Dear Sirs, During our house hunting week, we saw numerous homes, spent very long hours and throughout it all Kathy kept the high spirits needed to accomplish the task. Kathy identified our needs and desires before we did and proceeded to find us the best home we have ever owned (this is our sixth). In addition, Kathy identified value for us. Although we are experienced buyers we were not familiar with the Cincinnati market and Kathy provided invaluable assistance there.
