MIDDLETOWN/MONROE
Located between Dayton and Cincinnati on I-75 this area offers proximity to major cities with the advantages of large metropolitan areas while at the same time enjoying the easier pace of a small community. Housing ranges from 150-year-old historic mansions that line Main Street to new construction. The Ohio 63 corridor is a strong commercial area of industrial and business parks, including paper manufacturing, aerospace technology and steel manufacturing.
