User Instructions
Please read this entire informational page before you proceed. Thank you.
NEW USERS
Before you enter and use our Star One Showing Manager you will need to Register as a User.
IMPORTANT:
If you are registering for an account, please make sure you enter your MLS Agent Code in the Agent
Code field on the Register my Account window. If you do not, Showing Manager will not know that you
are a Co-op Agent. Your Username and Password are case sensitive. If you forget your password, you
can click the Forgot your Password hyperlink on the Showing Manager Log in. We will e-mail your
password to the e-mail address you entered on the Register my Account window.
Please write down your Username and Password for future reference. If you need help while using
Star One Showing Manager, read the Quick Tips at the bottom of each page.
SCHEDULE A SHOWING
To schedule a showing, run a search from our Home Search Page. When you find a listing you would like
to show, click the button on the one-line listing page, or click the button on the full listing
display page.
After you click one of the Show buttons, Showing Manager displays the Log in window. Use your Username
and Password to login to Showing Manager.
IMPORTANT:
Once Logged in you can use the Request Showing window to schedule a showing. If you need help while
using Star One Showing Manager, read the Quick Tips at the bottom of each page.
