Ohio Licensing Requirements
- Eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- No felony convictions, moral crimes or civil rights violations involving real estate with the last 2 years
- Complete 120 classroom hours of Real Estate courses, including the following:
- 40 hours in Principles and Practices of Real Estate
- 40 hours in Real Estate Law
- 20 hours in Real Estate Finance
- 20 hours in Real Estate Appraisal
- Obtain Ohio broker or real estate company sponsorship prior to filing your test application with the Ohio Division of Real Estate
- Successfully pass the real estate sales licensee exam

Kentucky Licensing Requirements
- Eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Complete six (6) semester credit hours in real estate courses from a Kentucky Approved Proprietary School prior to taking the real estate exam
- When applying for a license, one must submit to a criminal background check
- If also licensed in another state, you must include with your license application, a "License Certification" from the state. A copy of the license is NOT acceptable
- Upon passing the exam, candidates must apply for licensure within 60 days of passing the test, or forfeit the exam results

Indiana Licensing Requirements
- Eighteen (18) years of age
- Complete fifty-four (54) hours of real estate pre-licensing courses
- Obtain Certificates of Completion and testing center number (given after completing and passing pre-licensing courses)
- You have one year from the date on the Certificate of Completion to pass the exam
- You have one-hundred and twenty (120) days after passing the exam to apply for your actual license
